Resize image
Change an image's pixel size: a hero image for a client's site, a headshot for a portal that wants 400 by 400, or a batch of photos at half size.
Your files never leave your computer. They are processed in this browser tab.
Resize by
Fill in one side, the other follows the image. Up to 8192 px.
How to use it
- Drop your images, or tap the box to pick them.
- Type a width or height in pixels, or pick a percentage. Keep the ratio locked so nothing gets squashed.
- Download each resized image, or all of them as a ZIP.
Free, no account. The page loads once, then the work happens in your browser. We don't receive the file, its name or anything in it.
Questions
Are my images uploaded?
No. The file is opened by this browser tab and processed on your computer. There is no upload step, so we never see the file or its name, and closing the tab throws the work away.
Will making an image bigger add detail?
No. Enlarging spreads the same pixels over more space, so it looks softer. Start from the largest original you have.
What format do I get back?
The same as you put in: JPG stays JPG, PNG stays PNG, WebP stays WebP.
Is there a maximum size?
8192 pixels on the longest side. Larger canvases fail in some browsers, phones especially.
