Changelog

What changed in OIO, newest first. Small fixes ship most days and are not all listed. Something broken? The status page shows whether it is on our side.

    • Simple mode: a calmer version of OIO with Projects, Tickets, Notes, Invoices, Clients, Calendar, Subscriptions and Transfer. Switch between Simple and Advanced in the header at any time.
    • Advanced mode: every app sits in one searchable grid in the dock.
    • Notes open straight into formatted text, and a click anywhere on the page puts you in the text.
    • Projects without a picture show a quiet placeholder instead of an empty square.
    • People lists: Delete is in the right-click menu of a row, with Undo.
    • Calendar week and day views fill the screen height on desktop.
    • On phones, the new ticket button asks which project first.
    • Subscriptions: mute an item to keep it listed but out of every total, export the list as CSV, see a per-month cost for every billing cycle, and mark the ones to cancel.
    • Form responses stay under their form, with Move to Prospects and Move to Team.
    • Guides and comparison pages have a new layout with a contents rail.
    • Mark accepted works on a sent quote.
    • Count bubbles on the launcher apps: new clients, prospects and team members, late tickets and overdue invoices.
    • Tutorials are sorted into shelves by app, with 24 new videos.
    • Every lead form fills its own people list, and the sidebar shows new sign-ups per form.
    • Inbox replies show the sender's name.
    • Lead forms give up on a blocked human check after 20 seconds and show an error instead of waiting.
    • New pages: client review tips at /tips and a comparison with Frame.io.
    • New OIO mark on the favicon, the app icons and share cards.
    • Lead forms can ask dropdown questions.
    • Sign-up shows errors next to the field before the human check, and a check-your-email screen after.
    • Tickets have a Client switch, separate from Public. The client space shows only Client tickets.
    • Proposals are called Quotes.
    • Tutorials play full screen with a chapter bar.
    • The ticket header wraps on narrow screens so More and Close stay visible.
    • Fixed: live cursors on private whiteboards and sheets dropped people.
    • The security page lists the EU regions your data is stored in.
    • A short welcome video after the quick setup, with captions, shown once.
    • Monthly add-ons: extra Studio seats, more AI prompts and more storage.
    • Team chat messages pop up as toasts in the app. A project message opens its chat, a direct message opens in the Inbox.
    • Direct messages open right in the Inbox, where you can read, reply, react and attach.
    • Status updates are Internal by default. A switch on each update decides whether the client sees it.
    • The ticket Files tab labels videos and audio properly.
    • Logos and signatures on documents come from your business profile.
    • Fixed: opening an image on a public ticket link crashed the page.
    • Video review: the client comments on a video at the second, optionally on a spot of the frame. Each comment is a marker on the timeline, and every round is a new version.
    • The client space is shared by email. Each client's status page has a Shared with list showing who was invited, who joined and when they last opened it.
    • The ticket side panel shows its six tabs as icons and is wider.
    • On phones, the tab bar stays above the open Inbox.
    • New prices: Free for one project, Solo and Studio.
    • On phones, the return key on the keyboard creates the note, task or list you are typing in the add rows.
    • Markup on images: click a picture to drop a numbered pin with a comment, mark pins done, and upload new versions with a compare slider. Guests can pin from a ticket link without an account.
    • People lists for Clients, Prospects and Team: your own lists, each with its own columns, in the sidebar.
    • Recordings in cinema mode have a transcript download as a text file.
    • Ticket dates show the deadline first.
    • Fixed: scrolling a long note on a phone stuttered and stopped.
    • A public status page at /system-status with a live check of each part of OIO.
    • Hide confidential now also covers pickers, ticket titles, chat, the Inbox, toasts and tooltips.
