OIO is used all day by people who run client work. We want a designer who makes dense screens easy to read, on desktop and on phones, and who checks designs against real use.

What you would do

• Design new features and rework existing screens in Figma
• Test flows with users and turn what you see into changes
• Keep the design system consistent: spacing, controls, states, dark mode

What we look for

• A portfolio of product UI, not only marketing sites
• Mobile and desktop work for data-heavy tools
• Clear reasoning: why a screen looks the way it does

How it works

• Apply with a link to your work and your rate.
• If it fits, we set up a short call, then a small paid test.
• Work is remote and mostly written. Tasks, briefs and feedback live in OIO itself.
