OIO is small and grows step by step. We read every application and get in touch when your role opens or a project fits.

Most of our early customers start with a conversation on LinkedIn. We want someone who can run that outreach well: real messages to real agency owners, no automation spam.

What you would do

• Work through lists of 2 to 10 person agencies in the US, UK and Australia
• Send connection requests and short follow-ups written for each agency
• Answer replies and book 20 minute setup calls
• Log every conversation in OIO so nothing is lost

What we look for

• Outreach or SDR experience, ideally selling to agencies or freelancers
• Clear, short written English
• Comfort with LinkedIn limits and etiquette (no bots, no mass messages)

How it works

• Apply with a sample first message you would send an agency owner.
• We start with a two week trial on a small list.
• Commission is on the accounts that come from your conversations.

Pay

30% of every payment from the accounts you bring in, for their first 12 months. Same terms as the OIO affiliate program.
