OIO is small and grows step by step. We read every application and get in touch when your role opens or a project fits.
Agency owners follow people who show how the work actually runs. We want someone to post regularly about running client projects with freelancers, using OIO where it fits, and to talk to the people who answer.
What you would do
- Write and schedule posts for LinkedIn and Instagram, a few a week
- Turn product updates and tutorials into short posts and carousels
- Reply to comments and messages, and pass real questions to us
- Track what gets saved, shared and clicked, and do more of that
What we look for
- Posts you wrote for a B2B or creative audience
- Plain, direct writing without buzzwords
- Basic design skills for carousels (Figma or Canva)
How it works
- Apply with links to three posts you wrote.
- If it fits, a short call, then a paid two week trial.
- Part time, remote, about 10 to 15 hours a week.
Pay
