How a client job runs in OIO
One project page per client job. Each deliverable is a ticket, freelancers work on a link, and the quote and the invoice come from the same page.
Brief and files
The project page holds the brief, the client's files and the deadline. References go on the project whiteboard, next to the brief.
A ticket per deliverable
Logo set, landing page, launch video, eight product images: each one is a ticket with dates, a checklist and an assignee, on a kanban or a timeline.
Freelancers on a link
Send a freelancer the ticket link. They read the brief, download the files, upload their work, comment and mark it done. No account and no seat.
Client feedback rounds
Each round's notes go on the ticket as checklist items, so you can see what is left. The client's status link shows where every deliverable stands.
Delivery
Send the finals with a download link that expires after 1, 7 or 30 days, up to 1 GB for a video file.
Quote, freelancer cost, invoice
The quote and the invoice come from the project, in any currency. The freelancer's fee goes on the same project in their currency, at that day's rate.
